Kudos To AC/DC

Hmm.

I do believe it's time for me to do justice to one of Rock's greatest rockin' bands: AC/DC.

While some have dismissed AC/DC as rockers as ageing buggers who have no more mojo left in their veins, most people also stay away from them due to their use of the word 'hell' in about several of their song titles, I do believe that their cause for staying away is severely lacking in substance.

Listening to staples such as 'Stiff Upper Lip', 'For Those About To Rock (We Salute You)', 'Highway To Hell', 'Back In Black', 'Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap', 'It's A Long Way To The Top' etc., who would deny the fact that there is only one thing AC/DC is good at?

Rockin', baby.

The thing about AC/DC is that they are able to really make you tap your toes, and shake your heads to the beat by simple, non-complicated song sequences. That is, if you can withstand the pure energy derived from the rhythm of Malcolm Young, the fiery leads of Angus Young, and the growling vocals of Bon Scott.

The beat is right, the groove is rocking, so get down there and pay your respects to AC/DC: godfathers of rock (Led Zeppelin are the Gods of Rock).

Must listen: 'Back In Black', 'Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap', 'Highway To Hell'.

Cheers,

Crawldaddy

Hard rockers unite!!! Someday rock will rule again...
